Great experience working with them! A tree branch smashed the back of my car. After another body shop didn’t want to work on it, I took it to Rushmore and within 5 minutes I had an appointment to bring it in. I almost cried when I went to pick it up. It looks brand new again and it looks like the inside was vacuumed. Brooke in the office is very professional and knowledgeable.

I had my truck done here and they told me it would take 2 weeks. It took 6 weeks, and when I picked it up there was a massive door ding, scratches on it and overspray all over it. They also didn’t hook my backup camera up correctly so that didn’t work. They failed to take my aftermarket speaker out and install it in the new door and the door didn’t shut right. I took it back to them to have these issues fixed, and they failed to remove all the overspray and left the door ding and scratches. Overall a horrible experience and I would recommend NEVER bringing your vehicle here unless you want it to come out more messed up than it was when you brought it to them.

They made an appointment within 2 weeks and only kept my car for 2 days. They were pleasant, professional and very kind to me. I will definitely recommend them to my community!
